We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional for a full-time, on-site position in Netanya. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient management of stock levels, accurate order preparation, and seamless coordination with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

• Manage and monitor stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy and optimal supply availability.
• Prepare and process orders efficiently to meet delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipping and order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or restocking needs.
• Utilize inventory management software (such as Priority or similar) for stock tracking and control.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal operating procedures.

✔ Experience in stock management and order preparation, preferably using Priority software or similar inventory systems.

✔ Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.

✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

✔ High-level English proficiency (spoken and written) for effective communication.

✔ Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools.

✔ Previous experience in the dental industry is an advantage.

✔ High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications in logistics or industrial operations are a plus.
