Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business and client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Perform system configurations, customizations, and development as needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to users.
• Conduct user training and promote best practices to maximize platform efficiency.
• Execute quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure system reliability and functionality.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer).
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective system solutions.
• Solid technical skills, including API integrations and system customizations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
