PROJECT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

• Responsibility and management of project budgets and cash flow
• Preparation of tracking and control reports with a focus on invoices receipt and comparison of price quotes
• Full responsibility for coordinating with the design and consulting teams
• Working with legal, insurance, and engineering teams
  
  

• Proficiency in Office and Excell
• Familiarity with Binarit and/or Priority (ERP systems)
• Accounting management course/certificate - advantage
• Experience in the design/construction industry - significant advantage
• Leading processes and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
