Operations Manager

A growing and leading non-banking credit fund specializing in business loans is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations & Back Office – Handling financial documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing loan processes.
• Data Entry & Financial Analysis – Inputting and analyzing financial statements, trial balances, and bank statements.
• Loan Renewals & Client Interaction – Engaging with clients to renew loans, collecting financial data, and supporting the credit process.
• Collaboration with the Credit Manager – Reviewing financial data, generating reports, and assisting in decision-making.
• Sales Orientation – Identifying loan renewal opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a relevant financial field.
• Experience in financial operations, credit analysis, or loan processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to engage clients for loan renewals.
