About the Position:

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Fixefy, you will be the guardian of our product quality. This is a highly hands-on role where you will be directly responsible for every aspect of our testing strategy and execution. You will work independently to define and implement testing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders. You must be ready to immerse yourself deeply in our technology stack while actively identifying and resolving quality issues in a fast-paced environment. This role requires not just technical knowledge but also the willingness to roll up your sleeves and handle all testing-related tasks personally, from developing automated test frameworks to conducting critical manual testing sessions.

Responsibilities:

•           Lead and establish end-to-end quality assurance processes for Fixefy's products

•           Design, implement and execute comprehensive automation frameworks for API, client-side, and infrastructure testing

•           Create and maintain regression test suites to ensure product stability

•           Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle

•           Define and document testing processes, methodologies, and best practices

•           Mentor team members and promote quality-first mindset across the organization

•           Analyze complex technical issues and provide detailed bug reports

•           Plan and execute test strategies for new features and products

•           Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines

Requirements:

•           Extensive enterprise-level experience in Quality Assurance and Testing

•           Proven track record in establishing and leading QA processes

•           Strong expertise in automation testing for:

-             API testing (REST/GraphQL)

-             Microservices architecture

-             Client-side applications

-             Infrastructure components

-             infrastructure CI/CD processes

•           Demonstrated experience in regression testing and test strategy development

•           Proficiency in manual testing and user story validation

•           Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently

•           Experience in defining and implementing work processes

•           Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities

•           Fluent English language skills - written and verbal - a must

Technical Requirements:

•           Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) - a must

•           Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or any other modern language) - a must

•           Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or similar) - a must

•           Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing integration - a must

•           Experience with test management tools - a must

•           Knowledge of version control systems (Git) - a must

•           Experience with GraphQL APIs (Apollo GraphQL) - a big advantage

•           Experience with AWS - a big advantage

•           Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - an advantage
