Mechanical Engineer

Position Overview:

We are a dynamic and innovative startup in the pharmaceutical industry, currently transitioning from successful prototypes to industrial-scale production.

We are seeking a talented Junior Mechanical engineer.

As a junior mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, transforming concepts into robust industrial solutions.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of R&D initiatives and the successful scale-up of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Up to 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated expertise in developing R&D prototypes that drive innovation.

Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, with a hands-on approach to design and development.

Ability to work independently, adhering to strict timelines, and achieving milestones.

Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 

Previous experience in a startup environment - an advantage.

Automation projects - an advantage
