Join our cutting-edge AgriTech company at the forefront of agriculture and biotechnology innovation. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead regulatory compliance, process optimization, and quality control within our operations.

Location: Central Israel (Sharon region)

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: CEO

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and monitor work processes in controlled cleanroom environments
• Lead and mentor quality control teams across departments
• Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Define supplier quality requirements and ensure inventory control
• Manage risk assessment and ensure compliance across the supply chain
• Lead regulatory audits and ensure industry quality standards compliance
• Conduct training sessions to enhance company-wide quality assurance practices

What We’re Looking ForEducation:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

• At least two years of proven experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical, food, or agricultural industries

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to read and interpret MSDS, COA, COC, and product specifications
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, adaptability, and proactive leadership abilities
