Graphic Designer – Packaging & Creative Direction

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a creative and motivated designer to join our team and help shape the brand’s visual identity.

In this role, you’ll be designing packaging and brand experiences across different product categories, making sure every detail looks great and feels premium.

You’ll also be involved in creative direction for high-end photoshoots, working with photographers and retouchers to create high-quality visuals.

This is a chance to take ownership of projects, collaborate with our global creative team in New York and Tel Aviv, and be part of a fast-growing brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design packaging – Create standout, high-quality packaging for a variety of beauty products.
• Work with premium materials & print – Learn how to choose the right materials, finishes, and techniques to bring packaging ideas to life.
• Creative direction for photoshoots – Help plan and execute still-life and beauty shoots, working closely with photographers, models & stylists.
• Own projects from start to finish – From concept to final production, making sure every design is executed flawlessly.
• Collaborate with a global team – Work with our international creative team to ensure a consistent brand identity across different markets.

WHO YOU ARE

• Adobe Creative Suite pro – Especially Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Design background – BA in Graphic Design - Must.
• Packaging & print knowledge – Experience in packaging design and print production.
• Experience with photoshoots – Hands-on experience in photoshoot production & creative direction is an advantage.
• Fluent in English – Global environment.
• Independent & proactive – Take ownership of tasks and push projects forward.
• Team player – Open to feedback, collaborative, and easy to work with.
• Good under pressure – Comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented – Organized, precise, and focused on delivering high-quality work.
