Dynamics System Analyst & Implementer

We are seeking an experienced CRM Dynamics System Analyst & Implementer to join an international company.

• Analyze and implement CRM Dynamics, including writing specification documents and designing complex workflows.
• Configure the system, customize features, manage users, and oversee development task testing.
• Collaborate closely with the development team and project manager.

• Relevant academic degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in system analysis and implementation in a complex, process-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM Dynamics 365 (On-Premise)
• Proven experience in defining business requirements and user needs, including workflow analysis.
• Experience working on large-scale projects alongside development teams.
• Strong background in business requirements gathering and user support.
• Ability to lead complex processes, track tasks, and provide professional guidance when necessary.
• Experience with ERP systems – an advantage.
