Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role lawyer at our Data Protection, Cyber and IT growing department. The lawyer will be responsible for handling privacy regulations, commercial agreements, compliance, policies, data privacy issues, and legal matters related to data protection within the firm's practice areas.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years of legal practice.
• Privacy Law Expertise: Mandatory.
• Commercial Law Experience: Significant advantage.
• Technological Background: Preference for candidates with a strong tech orientation, or graduates of a DPO (Data Protection Officer) course, or those with military experience in technological units.

Job Description:

• Conducting in-depth legal research.
• Drafting legal opinions, in English and in Hebrew.
• Participating in research and advisory projects.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and handling complex commercial transactions.
• Engaging in comparative law analysis, such as GDPR, CPRA or the like.
• Working directly with clients, both domestic and international.
