A small and successful E-Commerce company is seeking for an experienced Data engineer /Business Intelligence (BI) Developer - to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and developing our BI

infrastructure, with a focus on Power BI, Hevo Data for ETL, and PostgreSQL databases.

Responsibilities:

● Manage and develop our Power BI account, creating and maintaining dashboards

and reports

● Oversee online ETL processes using Hevo Data

● Maintain and optimize our PostgreSQL database

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

and implement changes

● Design and develop BI solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights

● Identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches

● Establish and maintain data architecture, including data models and schemas

● Conduct data analysis and create visualizations to support decision-making

Requirements:

● Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or

related field

● Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar BI Developer role- MUST

● Strong understanding of data architecture and various data models

● Proficiency in Power BI, Hevo Data (or similar ETL tools), and PostgreSQL

● Experience in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database

performance

● Solid analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical

specifications

● Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in identifying business

challenges

● Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders

● Knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices

The successful candidate will be a critical thinker with a natural curiosity for data and

its applications in solving business problems. They should be able to work

independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced

environment
