About the Role

We are looking for an Applied Researcher with a strong background in data management and chemistry (or related fields) to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing databases that drive our AI-powered fragrance design software. You will analyse regulatory, application, and functional aspects of fragrance formulations, ensuring data accuracy and scientific rigor throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage structured databases for fragrance formulation, regulatory compliance, and product applications.
• Perform critical analysis of input and output data at various stages of product development.
• Collaborate with AI and R&D teams to optimize datasets for machine learning applications.
• Maintain high data integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Materials Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis.
• Familiarity with fragrance materials is a big advantage
• High motivation and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
