Founding Solutions Architect

We’re seeking a strategic, technical leader to drive the intersection of product, technology, and customers at our fast-growing cybersecurity startup. As a founding pillar, you'll architect and operationalize POC and onboarding programs while translating customer needs into product advancements. This high-impact role blends technology, strategy, and execution at the core of our growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & Lead POC Strategy – Define, optimize, and own our POC and onboarding processes to ensure seamless adoption and measurable success.
• Execute POCs with Impact – Work hands-on with customers to guide proof-of-concepts from kickoff to validation, proving ROI and driving adoption.
• Bridge Customers & Product – Collect, analyze, and synthesize insights from early adopters to influence roadmap priorities and shape future features.
• Enable the Modern Data Stack – Align technical implementation with customer needs, ensuring they extract full value from our platform.
• Drive Product Strategy – Play a key role in defining our vision, working closely with engineering and R&D to ensure we’re solving the right problems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Solution Architect, Professional Services, Product, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar) within cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical and technical skills – Proficient in SQL/KQL, Python, and other modern data stack technologies.
• Exceptional communicator – You can translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives for customers, engineers, and stakeholders alike.
• Bias for action – You don’t wait for answers; you create them. You thrive in ambiguity and move fast to drive outcomes.
• Customer-obsessed mindset – You understand their needs, pain points, and workflows, ensuring our product delivers real, tangible value.
• (Bonus) Startup experience (founder, early employee, or technical leader in a fast-scaling environment).
