About the Role:

As a Cyber Security Content Creator / Methodologist, you will develop immersive training content, ensuring learners engage with practical, up-to-date scenarios. Your work will shape the methodologies and educational materials in HackersRange, catering to various experience levels and roles, from junior analysts to seasoned experts. By leveraging industry frameworks and instructional design principles, you’ll create learning pathways that translate complex cyber concepts into accessible, impactful experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scenario-based training materials, lab exercises, and supporting content for HackersRange.

• Align learning modules with industry frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK) and integrate current TTPs.

• Collaborate with SMEs and instructors to tailor content for different skill levels and specialized roles.

• Incorporate interactive and gamified elements that foster engagement, retention, and practical skill application.

• Continuously refine and update content based on learner feedback and emerging threat trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years in cybersecurity training, instructional design, or technical writing.

• Strong understanding of both offensive and defensive methodologies.

• Experience with LMS platforms, scenario-based learning, and educational best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills and attention to technical accuracy.
