Lead Data Scientist

Job Description

• Lead multidisciplinary team in the development and deployment of AI-driven personalized health solutions.
• Take ownership on the full cycle of ML and AI initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Hands-on involvement in data analysis, prototyping, and validation to support product development.
• Focusing on impact and continuous delivery connecting the models and science to business value.
• Develop a strategic vision for product growth and research initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for expanding product capabilities through new technologies or partnerships. 
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands on experiencs in development of ML models with experience of productizing in real world use case, high standard performane at scale.
• Proven track record  of developing and launching healthcare/medical models and AI based products.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and developing talented team members.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical topics in English to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving and time management skills.
