Director of Product Management

A startup that developed a software solution, referred to as Network Cloud, helping telecom companies increase their network capacity at lower costs while addressing margin erosion caused by the pricing model of fixed-line consumer internet.

The company is a unicorn, having raised a $262M Series C round at a valuation of over $2 billion, with total funding exceeding $500 million.

Headquartered in central Israel, the company has 450 employees globally, including 250 in Israel, and offers a hybrid work model with two remote days per week.

The role involves managing three Product Managers, reporting to the VP, with at least 30% hands-on work.

The Role-

• As the Director of Product Management, you will be in a senior leadership role within the product management department.
• As a key decision-maker, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction and vision of a company’s product roadmap.

Requirements-

• 3 years in a product management lead role
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the networking or routers market
• Technical expertise in Data Center Networking, Telco SP, Cloud SP or high-end enterprise network design (e.g. MPLS-TE, SR, L2/L3VPN and its application on top of SoC systems).
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing), additional languages are a plus
• Good presentation skills in front of large customer audiences
• Customer and operational background with in-depth knowledge of designing, building and maintaining live production networks
