Operations Representative

Position Overview:

The Operations Representative is responsible for managing and executing various operational tasks related to customer service, finance, and agents. This role involves working closely with employers, agents, and customers, requiring precision, multitasking abilities, and ongoing support for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations & Transfers: Executing fund transfers, processing payroll uploads, preparing tax deductions, and more.
• Employer & Agent Management and Support: Ongoing collaboration with employers, training sessions, and onboarding new agents.
• Customer Service Support: Handling inquiries, processing transaction disputes, and updating system details.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar operational role – an advantage.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, with two Friday shifts per month.
• Reporting to the VP of Service and Operations.
