Mission
DoorLoop is hiring an SEO Lead to join our A-team. As our SEO Lead, you'll be responsible for driving DoorLoop's organic growth by optimizing on-site and off-site SEO strategies, improving website content, and increasing both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel traffic. Your goal is to increase lead generation and help DoorLoop become the #1 site for property managers in the US. This is a key role that will allow you to significantly influence DoorLoop’s online presence while working with a team of talented individuals across content, development, and marketing .
This position is ideal for an experienced SEO professional with strong technical skills and a proven track record in B2B startup environments. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting and be excited to work with cutting-edge resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of DoorLoop’s SEO roadmap, collaborating closely with content teams to prioritize initiatives and drive organic growth.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Oversee all aspects of on-page and technical SEO optimization, ensuring a strong foundation for organic success.
- Oversee Webflow updates, ensuring site structure, content, and promotions are optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversion goals.
- Manage and prioritize SEO projects, effectively delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices, implementing them to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze SEO performance data, report key metrics to stakeholders, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor competitor SEO strategies, identifying successful tactics and potential opportunities for DoorLoop.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Design) to ensure SEO is integrated across all aspects of the business.
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the SEO team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Develop and implement DoorLoop’s AI SEO strategy (Answer Engine Optimization).
- 8+ years of SEO experience: Deep understanding of SEO methodologies, best practices, and industry trends, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a B2B startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Exceptional project management skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset: Ability to leverage data to inform decisions, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration & communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, and Screaming Frog.
- Native or native-like English proficiency (verbal and written) – MUST.
- Experience with Webflow- Advantage.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Tableau reporting- Advantage.
- Background in real estate or property management- Advantage.
