As a Senior Researcher in Polymeric Materials, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, developing new and exciting compounds for unique applications. What You’ll Be Doing:

Your Impact:

• Lead the materials laboratory, managing and mentoring laboratory technicians to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You’ll provide guidance, develop tools, and foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Dive deep into characterizing the properties of polymeric materials, providing critical insights that drive our projects forward.
• Manage the process at subcontractors and maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate cutting-edge laboratory equipment, constantly exploring new ways to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our work.
• Present your findings and insights in clear, well-organized reports, communicating results to the team and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about materials science and can take ownership of their work. Here’s what we’d love to see in you:

• Academic Background: A Master’s or Ph.D. in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Engineering is preferred. If you have a Bachelor’s degree but significant experience in R&D of polymeric materials, we want to hear from you!
• Independent & Proactive: You’re someone who can make decisions confidently and act quickly when needed.
• Hands-on Lab Experience: You have a deep understanding of operating production and analytical equipment in a laboratory setting.
• Supplier Collaboration: You’ve worked with suppliers before and know how to build effective, professional relationships.
• Team Leadership: Experience building or managing a team? That’s a big plus.
• Communication Skills: You’re skilled at analyzing experimental results and presenting them clearly in written reports or presentations.
• Self-Starter: You’re a quick learner who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
• Team Player: You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and thrive when supporting others.
• Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication with global partners, customers, and team members.
