Schestowitz, is seeking Information Technology Team Leader for Digital , Customer Service, and Sales applications
This challenging and dynamic role includes:
- Managing a team of approximately 3 employees responsible for the implementation, development, and integration of information systems that support the activities of sales, customer service, digital and innovation, and eCommerce teams.
- Responsibility for the implementation and development of Salesforce systems in the areas of customer service, eCommerce, digital marketing, and sales.
- Hands-on work alongside team management – including development, configuration, support, and project leadership.
- Ongoing collaboration with business departments, gathering requirements, and implementing technological solutions.
- Improving and optimizing digital processes, including integrating eCommerce systems and digital platforms.
- Leading the CRM system replacement project for customer service with Salesforce.
- Managing projects in the fields of eCommerce and Marketing Automation.
- Managing multiple external software vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/ Industrial Engineering and Management (specialization in Information Systems) – mandatory.
- Proven managerial experience of at least 3 years in managing a development or implementation team – mandatory.
- Experience working with Salesforce – mandatory.
- Hands-on capabilities in implementing, developing, and integrating information systems – mandatory.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP – a significant advantage.
- Experience in similar industries (import, marketing, distribution, production) – a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer service, sales, digital, and eCommerce fields – an advantage.
