Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CEO & Co-Founder to lead PrintDrone’s strategic growth and operational execution. This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and help scale a disruptive product in the global printing and painting market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, operations, and fundraising, with experience in the startup ecosystem and a passion for innovative hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a scalable business strategy for PrintDrone, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including engaging with investors and securing strategic partnerships.
- Oversee product commercialization, including market positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Establish partnerships with construction, home improvement, and design firms to create new revenue streams.
- Drive customer acquisition and engagement through target whyed sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that PrintDrone maintains its multifunctional identity, with a balanced focus on printing, decorative work, painting, and whitewashing.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a startup or high-growth company.
- Strong track record in business development, fundraising, and strategic partnerships.
- Experience in hardware, robotics, construction, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
- Ability to navigate the challenges of scaling an innovative product in a competitive market.
- Visionary mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
