Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Account Executive role at Trackimo, based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. Some level of hybrid work-from-home can be supported. Most of the work will be with Spanish speaking customers, but others countries as well including Israel). The role and responsibilities include:
Account & Client Management● Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
● Handle reorders, ensuring business continuity with current customers.
● Coordinate with the finance team for invoice issuance and payment follow-ups.
● Coordinate with support to resolve any issues related to device plans, activations, or functionality.
● Ensure that the entire process, from PO issuance to merchandise delivery, is carried out efficiently.
● Identify opportunities for generating new sales with existing customers
Sales & Client Prospecting● Identify and generate new business opportunities.
● Conduct introduction calls and negotiate with potential clients.
● Prepare detailed proposals, pricing structures, and contract terms to secure new deals.
● Maintain and update the CRM system with lead status, interactions, and deal progress to ensure a structured sales pipeline.
● Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to establish connections and generate leads.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination● Ensure timely order deliveries by coordinating with the logistics team.
● Oversee the stock of samples and merchandise in the Israel office, ensuring availability for demonstrations and sales.
Sales Reports & Analysis● Request and analyze monthly sales reports for consignment clients.
● Manage annual share reports on commissions for various partners.
● Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and partner effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation and Account Management skills
- Strong communication and relationship building abilities
- Customer success management expertise
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Experience in the IoT or technology industry a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
Languages Requirements:
● Fluent in Hebrew, Spanish, and English.
