Job Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager for a hybrid role, who will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish while leveraging expertise in GenAI and Prompt Engineering to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting

Ensure client requirements are understood and successfully delivered

Track project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Monitor project hours and time tracking

Develop and implement GenAI solutions for various projects

Optimize AI models using Prompt Engineering

Define product roadmaps and prioritize features

Create dashboards for project and AI performance monitoring

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field

Proven project management experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Client-facing experience

Knowledge in GenAI and Prompt Engineering

Product management skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in English
