We are looking for a Financial Controller Team Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of financial controllers across the group’s companies and activities, providing professional guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the Tnuva Group, reports to stakeholders, monthly closings, tax reports, regulatory filings, and process audits.
• Provide financial oversight and guidance to various departments within the organization.
• Work closely with external auditors.
• Participate in cross-organizational financial projects.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards.

Requirements:

• CPA license – Mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting – Mandatory.
• Experience managing employees – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in preparing reports under IFRS – Mandatory.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Strong analytical and monitoring skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems (ORACLE, SAP – Advantage).
