Payroll Accountant

We are currently seeking a Payroll Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and take a hands-on approach to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.

Responsibilities

Manage and process monthly payroll
Verify and ensure the accuracy of approved timesheets
Handle the tracking and execution of special payroll deductions
Provide timely and confidential responses to employee payroll inquiries
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in payroll preparation or support.
In-depth knowledge of Israeli labor laws, taxes, and social security regulations.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills with the capacity to address issues independently and escalate when necessary.
High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills.
Self-motivated, quick learner, dedicated, and responsible.
