Who We Are

We are an ambitious gaming startup building something truly special. We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our

development team, set the technical vision, and drive our game’s success. This is a foundational role where you’ll shape both the product and the team behind it.

What You’ll Do

·      Lead and mentor our development team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

·      Design and implement scalable architectures and robust code structures

·      Set the technical direction and integrate

·      best practices into development

·      Solve complex CPU/GPU performance challenges and optimize system loads

·      Work closely with design, art, and other departments to ensure seamless integration

·      Give constructive feedback, conduct code reviews, and lead technical discussions

Requirements

·      3+ years of hands-on Unity development

·      5+ years in software development (in a company)

·      Proven experience in game development

·      Proven experience in 3d game development

·      Experience in code architecture design
