We are looking for a Treasury Manager to lead and optimize our company's financial operations. This is an exciting opportunity to manage banking relationships, oversee cash flow, and drive strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s relationships with banks, including negotiations on credit, frameworks, and conditions.
• Oversee and plan cash flow, ensuring control over payments and collections.
• Lead a small team and coordinate activities with internal departments such as accounting and finance.
• Report regularly to the Head of Treasury & Financial Risks and senior management on cash flow status and banking activities, while improving financial and operational processes.
• Assist in shaping the company’s financial policy, managing currency hedging, investments, and other financial assets.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – Mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing banking relationships and cash flow – Mandatory.
• Experience with advanced financial information systems (SAP preferred) and high proficiency in Excel.
• Previous experience in managing employees – Significant advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills, organizational abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
