A leading financial organization is currently recruiting a talented iOS Developer to join their Center of Excellence (COE) team. The company is at the forefront of mobile banking innovation, developing cutting-edge technological solutions and leading groundbreaking projects.

Job Overview:

As part of the team, you will:

• Research and develop technological solutions in the mobile space
• Lead and initiate significant cross-organizational technological projects
• Drive the implementation of new technologies and development within mobile teams
• Provide technological training and mentoring to development teams
• Guide and lead the implementation of new iOS technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders within the organization

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in iOS app development (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKIT, SPM)
• Extensive experience in development processes – architecture, building, publishing, and app management in app stores
• Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, and CI/CD processes
• Strong desire for continuous learning and personal development
• Ability to initiate and lead new workflows, working independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a high level of motivation for researching and advancing new solutions

Advantage:

• Experience with writing Unit/Component Tests
• Experience with Flutter or KMP
• Server-side development experience
• Familiarity with both iOS & Android platforms
