Legal Advisor

The recruited attorney will join the legal department and report directly to the Chief Legal Counsel and VP of Regulation.

• Providing ongoing legal counsel to various departments within the company and issuing legal opinions.
• Handling agreements in Hebrew and English, including drafting contracts and conducting negotiations.
• Managing regulatory reporting, approvals, and maintaining ongoing communication with regulatory authorities.
• Overseeing regulatory compliance, including tracking, updating, and implementing new regulatory requirements.
• Handling corporate governance matters (including communication in English with foreign shareholders and board members).
• Collaborating with multiple interfaces within the company, including senior management.

• Certified attorney with at least two years of experience.
• Experience in a law firm specializing in capital markets/commercial law or in-house legal counsel for a company.
• Experience in contract management and legal negotiations.
• Advantage: Experience in the insurance sector.
• Advantage: Knowledge and experience in data privacy regulations.
