Salesforce Implementer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementer to join our CRM team.

What you will be doing

• Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform
• Build technical processes, and deliver solutions using configuration, migrate data, and provide ongoing support to our Sales and Customer Service teams
• Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of the platform
• Work closely with development teams, data, sales, marketing and other factors in the company and its subsidiaries
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features to recommend best practices and improvements

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation - required
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems
• Salesforce certification is a plus
• Excellent team player, an initiative with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
