Development Team Leader - Information Systems Division

A leading telecommunications company is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Development Team Leader to lead a team of developers in the Information Systems Division. The role includes full responsibility for technological solutions, professional and personal leadership of the development team, and close collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong leadership, high-level technical expertise, a broad system-wide perspective, and the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Technical and development leadership – Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical systems and innovative solutions.
• Team management and leadership – Guide, mentor, and support the development team both professionally and personally.
• End-to-end technological solutions – Plan, develop, and implement solutions tailored to the organization's needs.
• Cross-department collaboration – Work intensively with various business and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance.
• Managing complex tasks – Lead large-scale technological initiatives while meeting deadlines and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Server-Side development using C# ASP.NET – Mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Angular development – Mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of ORACLE or SQL SERVER and experience writing Stored Procedures – Mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of IIS, server configuration, and system administration – Mandatory.
• Leadership abilities – Experience managing technological tasks and leading development teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills – Ability to make high-impact technological decisions and drive innovation.
