Linux Kernel Driver Developer – Global Flagship Project in a Tier 1 Technology Company

We are seeking an experienced Linux Kernel Driver Developer to join our state-of-the-art flagship project at a leading Tier 1 technology company. This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale, cutting-edge AI and networking acceleration platform, collaborating with a global team of top-tier kernel developers, hardware engineers, and chip designers across multiple disciplines.

As part of this team, you will contribute to the development of high-performance Linux kernel drivers that enable next-generation AI accelerators and high-speed networking engines, ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software in a mission-critical environment.

• Develop and maintain Linux kernel drivers for AI accelerators and high-performance networking hardware.
• Collaborate with global teams of software and hardware engineers to drive seamless system integration.
• Optimize low-level software for performance, reliability, and efficiency in complex multi-core architectures.
• Work across the full chip design lifecycle, from simulation, prototyping, bring-up, and debugging to final tapeout.
• Engage in performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting across simulation environments and real hardware.

• Strong experience in Linux kernel development, particularly in device drivers.
• Proficiency with kernel subsystems such as memory management, networking, and hardware I/O.
• Experience with AI accelerators or high-performance networking hardware.
• Expertise in C programming and low-level system development.
• Familiarity with kernel debugging tools (e.g., gdb, ftrace, perf, kgdb).
• Experience with performance optimization for multi-core architectures and hardware accelerators.

• Deep understanding of the chip design process, including simulation, verification, and tapeout.
• Experience with hardware interfaces such as PCIe, DMA, and MMU.
• Familiarity with FPGA and ASIC simulation environments.
• Exposure to AI frameworks or high-speed networking protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, global team.
