Job Overview:

We seek a Process Engineer to evaluate, refine, and document high-precision optical and mechanical automation processes. This role bridges engineering and manufacturing by analyzing assembly and calibration procedures, identifying inefficiencies, and ensuring clear, structured documentation for production teams.

• Observe and assess optical, mechanical, and automation technologies, and engineering processes, identifying weak points and improving clarity.
• Deconstruct and refine processes, confidently challenging assumptions to ensure clarity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical writers to create precise assembly and calibration documentation that meets high-tech industry standards.
• Ensure seamless communication between R&D and manufacturing, refining processes for manufacturability.
