Marketing Manager for a leading coding school and a software company

We are looking for an experienced, sharp, successful, pro-active and leads-oriented Marketing Manager who will lead our 360-degrees marketing efforts mainly for Israeli audiences. This role involves strategy, planning, and executing various marketing initiatives, including:

• Paid campaigns and other lead sources
• Social Media activities on various platforms
• Websites, copy, design and videos
• Competitive Positioning and Branding
• Public Relations (PR)
• And more

Key Responsibilities:

• On-going Marketing Strategy, planning and execution
• Implemention of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
• Find and mange suppliers
• Create and manage content for social media, website, email, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to position our brands effectively in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Manage PR efforts, including , media relations, influencers and more
• Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong background in 360-degree responsibility.
• Significant experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• At least 4 years of experience in leads-oriented digital marketing, social media, branding, and PR.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• B2C and B2B experience in the Israeli market
• Can-do approach, strong ability to make-things-happen
