Key Responsibilities:

·      Draft and edit compelling donor communications, including proposals, reports, and marketing materials.

·      Design and enhance visual materials using graphics to create compelling material for internal and external use.

·      Manage budgets and financial reporting for grants and donor contributions.

·      Research and generate new lead accounts and funding opportunities.

·      Juggle multiple deadlines while ensuring high-quality work under pressure.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to enhance fundraising efforts and donor engagement.

Qualifications:

·      Native-level English speaker with exceptional writing skills (mandatory).

·      Academic degree (relevant fields preferred).

·      Strong Hebrew reading and oral comprehension.

·      Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Canva.

·      Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
