Tech Support Specialist – B2B (Spanish & English Fluency Required)

• Non-Phone Support – All communication is via email and chat.

• Fluent in Spanish & English (both written and spoken).
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with technology and online tools.

• Experience with B2B Support – A strong advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM Systems – Preferred but not required.
• Experience with Ticketing Systems – A plus.
