As the VP of Sales at GO-OUT, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base by crafting and executing innovative sales strategies. You will work hands-on with our enterprise customers, developing lasting relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define and implement a robust sales strategy that exceeds revenue targets and drives market expansion.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the event technology and live experiences market.
Client & Partner Engagement
- Build strong, consultative relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Leverage partnerships with industry leaders to drive indirect sales and create mutually beneficial collaborations.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a results-driven culture, ensuring that individual and team goals align with overall business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives and enhance client outcomes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and drive continuous improvement.
Experience:
- 10+ years in sales leadership, with a proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably within the tech, ticketing, or live events sectors.
- Experience in scaling sales teams and driving revenue in high-growth environments.
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to C-level executives using a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Expertise in building and nurturing strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on approach to sales management.
