Sr. RF Engineering Manager

A leading global high-tech company is looking for a Sr. RF Engineering Manager

Job description

*Lead and mentor a team of RF engineers and act as the focal point for all RF-related aspects.

*Oversee the entire RF development lifecycle: requirements gathering, architecture design, specification definition, detailed design, simulation, prototyping, DVT, qualifications, transfer to production, and ongoing maintenance, with thorough documentation throughout.

*Responsibility for prioritizing tasks, execution times and quality of work.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job requirements

*Bachelor in Electrical Engineering. Masters – advantage

*At least 15 years of experience in designing RF systems, including hands-on and leadership roles

*Experience in all the development life cycle - requirements, architecture, spec definition

*Proven experience in team leadership and management.

*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
