About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our finance team.

In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and support financial reporting.

You will serve as the primary contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities while helping to maintain accurate financial records and optimize accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processes in Israel and the U.S., ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support and guide the bookkeeper on accounting matters.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, including travel expenses and reimbursements.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.

Qualifications

• CPA certification with post-internship experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new financial systems quickly.
• Familiarity with Priority and QuickBooks (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
