About the Position:

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing top-notch support to our traders, helping them navigate our proprietary trading programs and offering advice based on market trends. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about financial markets and trading, who enjoys problem-solving and working closely with clients, while directly contributing to our firm’s success.

What You’ll Do:

• Resolve and address any customer's concerns and issues related to their accounts.
• Act as a strategic advisor, establishing trust and advocating for client needs across departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding traders' accounts and our financial products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify and escalate high-priority issues to the appropriate teams.
• Meet performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer support role within a fintech or financial services company – Must
• Native-level English – Must
• Flexibility in working hours and ability to support the team across different time zones
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
• Problem-solving mindset with a professional approach
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading, or forex – A big advantage
• Familiar with the ticketing system
• Team player
