About the Position:

​We are looking for a Compliance Agent to join our Raanana office. In this full-time, you will play a key role in monitoring risk exposures, generating insightful reports, and engaging directly with traders to ensure a seamless and informed trading experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor liquidity and funding risk exposures, and perform detailed risk profile analyses for assigned portfolios and products.
• Monitor and review trading activities and transactions to detect suspicious behavior or non-compliance with company guidelines.
• Review and approve trading accounts and traders' payouts.
• Handle disputes from credit card processors.
• Handle documentation related to compliance activities
• Assist with identifying and assessing risks related to trading activities and internal processes to prevent fraud or misconduct.
• Assist with internal audits to ensure company operations adhere to internal policies.
• Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all company processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, and compliance technology to help enhance internal compliance processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the financial services, trading, or fintech industry. (Not mandatory)
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations is highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and compliance challenges.
