Director of Demand Generation

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Director of Demand Generation to lead our inbound marketing efforts and drive a steady pipeline of high-quality leads. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company, preferably in B2B SaaS.

You will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth. Your expertise should include SEO, paid media, content marketing, ABM, email marketing, marketing automation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute inbound lead generation strategies across digital channels to attract and convert high-intent prospects.
• Own and optimize SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and website conversion paths to drive demand.
• Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs to target high-value accounts.
• Align closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure lead quality, proper lead handoff, and pipeline acceleration.
• Define and track key demand generation KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead (CPL), pipeline contribution, and ROI on marketing spend.
• Oversee marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) to nurture leads and improve engagement.
• Leverage data and A/B testing to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and allocate a marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient customer acquisition and maximum impact.
• Adapt strategies when budget constraints arise, identifying high-ROI activities and scaling them.
• Conduct competitive research and identify new demand generation opportunities that keep us ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation at a high-growth, fast-paced company (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Proven track record of building and scaling inbound lead generation programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, CRO, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
• Strong data-driven mindset—able to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Experience aligning marketing and sales efforts to ensure lead quality, pipeline progression, and revenue impact.
• Excellent project management and execution skills—able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a high-speed, results-driven environment and quickly adapt strategies as needed.
