Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our team!

We'd love to meet you if you have a passion for recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and a desire to grow in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Sourcing and identifying candidates for technical roles (Developers, Product, Data, etc.)

🔹 Conducting phone interviews and evaluating candidates

🔹 Writing interview summaries and providing recommendations to clients

🔹 Direct interaction with clients and supporting recruitment processes

Requirements:

✅ 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment (experience in recruitment services is a plus) ✅ Familiarity with sourcing tools and social media platforms

✅ Experience in recruiting for technical roles – Developers, Product, Data, DevOps, etc.

✅ Ability to work independently, with high organizational skills

✅ Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
