We support multiple global companies in various industries around their supply and demand chain planning. The position is for an analyst responsible for managing customer engagement and assisting them in improving their planning and forecasting accuracy. As part of the job, you will be required to work with internal and external teams to analyze and develop solutions and processes to improve the demand management of customers. Fluency in English, at both the oral and written level, is a requirement, as is knowledge of business communication.

We are looking for a data analyst to join our team of data analysts supporting global companies.

As a member of our team, you will...

• Define KPIs, provide insights, and identify opportunities and risks.
• Hands-on - SQL and BI tools.
• Build analytic reports to provide business insights.
• Establish customers' needs and how our suite of tools can assist in meeting them.
• Analyze and optimize customers' product forecast quality and accuracy.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.
• See beyond numbers and help to inform and support our clients with business decisions.
• Conduct data analysis focusing on behavior, segmentation, trends, and more.
• Work with large amounts of data and use tools to generate reports on various aspects of demand, forecast, accuracy, and promotional impacts.

In this role, you'll need…

1. Preferred qualifications include a degree in mathematics, statistics, or economics.

2. An SQL expert who's also highly skilled in data analysis and visualization (Excel/Tableau/similar)

3. A plus to candidates with knowledge in:

• Forecast analysis and metrics.
• Ongoing review and analysis of forecast.
• Analyze forecast performance and improve forecast accuracy.

4. Excellent analytical skills in order to identify problems and propose solutions. Must be a strategic thinker and problem solver.

5. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers via email, phone, or in person.

6. Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.

7. Outstanding communicator who can deliver results and training clearly and effectively.

8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience is a plus.

9. Knowing Python, R, or other scripting languages is a plus.
