Junior Business Intelligence Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated BI Developer to join our Analytics team. The ideal candidate is familiar with BI principles and development from source to target. You will support the team in developing and maintaining BI solutions. You will work closely with developers and analysts and take a part in building our next generation of data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

·      Analyze business requirements and translate them into DWH solutions, with focus on building stable and scalable system

·      Implement DWH transformations to prepare data for reporting

·      Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data

·      Support migrating Excel reports to BI Dashboards

·      Maintenance of data for weekly reports

·      Produce ad hoc reports

·      Support data integration processes

·      Troubleshoot and resolve issues

·      Continuously improve existing pipelines

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

·      Up to two years of experience in BI field. Final-year students may also be considered

·      Well-balanced between business and technical approaches

·      Experience in writing SQL queries, including stored procedures, functions and views

·      Understanding concepts of Data Modeling

·      Experience with DAX

·      Experience with Power BI

·      Experience with ETL tools – advantage

·      Knowledge in Python – advantage

·      Task-oriented person capable of working within time constraints and meeting deadlines

·      Team Player with excellent communication skills and passion for collaborative work with other team members

·      Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills

·      Ability to work from office located in Omer three times per week
