Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Training Specialist located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, designing instructional materials, and providing customer service to clients. Daily tasks include creating training content, conducting training sessions, and offering support to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training & Development and Training delivery

Proven experience with SW, operation and maintenance content

• Proficiency in Instructional Design
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field
