HW Planning & Control Team Leader

We are looking for a talented team leader to lead the HW planning and control team as part of the HW planning department.

In this role, you will lead a team of planners responsible for the HW production planning as a key player of the HW MFG & WH sections in the HW division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & manage a team of production line planners ensuring high performance and professional development
• Lead & manage the smooth launch of new products to PL & project resource allocation.
• Lead the interface between Material planning, business planning, Sourcing, and PL to ensure Work Plan performance accuracy.
• E2E lead of the HW production readiness for QRV reviews.
• Manage DD activities in terms of all plant packaging plans consolidation.
• Manage WIP Flash
• Responsible for HC Budget process for HW with all assumption data consolidation
• Responsible for KG LTP planning in terms of Space and resources.
• Manage HC & Space's quarterly finance allocation for COGS.
  
  

• B.Sc. degree in industrial Eng. (or a related field)
• Team lead experience of minimum 2 years – advantage
• Excellent communication skills and Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
• High analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure environment
• Good interpersonal relationship
• Strong understanding of HP Indigo products & core technology
• Experience in leading process improvement
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive vision and strategy definition
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
