The opportunity

Our team is building an innovative network specializing in mobile performance advertising on CTV streaming content. We are committed to delivering exceptional advertising solutions and insights for our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated Technical Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist in managing and executing integrations with advertising platforms and technologies.
Support the implementation of new technologies to enhance advertisement delivery and performance.
Collaborate with account managers to ensure the technical needs of clients are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign delivery and performance.
Work closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless operation and integration of new features and updates.
Provide feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and operational processes.
Analyze campaign data to identify issues, opportunities, and insights for optimization.
Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.
Monitor system performance and undertake necessary tasks to ensure optimal operation of the ad network.
Assist in maintaining and updating technical documentation and operational processes.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role within the tech industry
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
proficiency in SQL
Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You might also have

Experience in technical support or operations roles within the digital advertising industry.
Familiarity with advertising technologies such as DSPs, SSPs, and ad servers.
Understanding of data analytics tools and techniques.
