Full Stack Team Lead

A leading B2B global company is looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead. In this role, you will lead a talented team, tackling challenges in Distributed/Cloud Systems, Secure Development, Machine Learning, Image Processing, Big Data, Mobile Development, AWS/Google Cloud, and more.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and Lead: Build and mentor a team of 3-5 full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Hands-On Leadership: Provide technical direction while actively contributing to team deliverables.
• Skill Development: Mentor the team through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate and address technical challenges, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Vision Execution: Contribute to products’ vision and subsequent execution and guide its technical implementation.
  
  

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in one or more: GO/C++/Java/Python/Node.js (Golang experience is a big plus!).
• 3+ years of expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• 2+ years of SQL development and optimization.
• Experience working on SaaS products.
  
  

• 2+ years of managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Proven success in Agile/Scrum environments, with a strong understanding of team dynamics and workflows.
  
  

• Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
• Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Skilled at managing tasks under pressure and prioritizing effectively.
