With hundreds of customer programs around the world, and a wide ecosystem of software and hardware partners, Hailo is leading the edge AI revolution.About this positionSoC Verification Team leader at Hailo, you will play a pivotal role in our VLSI group, contributing to the development of cutting-edge AI chips.If you are motivated and skilled in VLSI and excited about AI, we want to meet you!Requirements:B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering from a top-tier university7+ years of experience in SoC verification or ASIC design, including 2+ years in a leadership roleExpertise in SystemVerilog and UVM verification methodologyExperience integrating 3rd party IPs into SoC designsHands-on experience working with complex, multi-IP testbenchesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguityProven ability to manage verification teams and deliver complex SoC projects successfullyHands-on technical experience in verification planning, coverage-driven verification, and debugging complex environmentsProficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, Tcl, Shell) for verification automationExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departmentsStrategic thinker with the ability to develop verification strategies aligned with company goalsResponsibilities:Lead and mentor a verification team, providing technical guidance and career developmentDefine and execute robust verification strategies for SoC and Neural Network processor blocksDrive collaboration across architecture and design teams to ensure verification goals are metEstablish and monitor verification metrics, coverage targets, and quality standardsOversee large-scale integration efforts and maintain UVM-based verification environmentsPerform hands-on debugging, issue resolution, and continuous verification improvementsWork on complex, multi-IP testbenches to validate system functionalityLead technical design reviews and verification planning sessionsManage verification resources, schedules, and priorities to meet project deadlinesReport verification progress and key metrics to upper managementOptimize system flows to ensure designs meet specifications and performance targetsAdvantages:Experience with emulationExperience with ARM subsystemsExpertise in formal verification techniqueWe are passionate about building an inclusive and equitable working environment.We promote a flexible work environment that encourages work-life balance.If you don't meet 100% of the requirements– no worries!Our DNA is characterized by openness to multi-disciplinary people, who bring great potential to grow with us, not just a skills set list.
